I'm starting to fear the Evelynn rework

So you know how they said Eve was going to keep her permastealth. And how in the trailer she Charms Yasuo in 0:33. And how in 0:35 it's revealed she has a blink. And how she's an Assassin and will have burst.

I REALLY hope the Charm and the Blink have some kind of condition or tradeoff, because if they don't she can get out of control easily. @Reav3, if you see this, I hope you answer and clear up my fears.

She wouldn't be the first champion or first rework with an overstuffed kit, but:

Are we 100% she's going to keep a permastealth, without any condition whatsoever? Do we know how the charm's going to work? From the video I can only guess that it'll have a stacking mechanic, which will require standing near your target in order to make it work, which is pretty risky for an assassin. Do we know how the blink will work? Will it be a LB type, where she blinks then she can go back or remain where she is. Or does it bring her to the starting location everytime? Will she be an OP assassin like blue kayn, that none wanted to play at first because he was too weak, and even now isn't liked very much. Or we'll he like talon, one trick pony until last year, then useless for a couple patches, then top winrate amongst assassins for quite a while now, despite not being pick/ban. Or will she be like zed, almost overbearing for more than a season, then useless, and now not so useless but still low winrate?

Permastealth is confirmed as her passive, check EvelynnMains

I wouldnt see the why the charm or the blink would have any trade off? I mean, shes always had burst. AP Evelynn is bursty as hell if she gets an okay lead. And most of her new kit doesnt look all that significant. Ahri is basically the same thing so far. Bursty, her ult is 3 dashes. From the looks of it. That blink thing she has is her ultimate. and ahri has a charm already. and ahris Q is her poke and damage tool. And it looks like Evelynns old q is sticking around just looks more polished. The only difference. is the ultmates. To me, that Evelynns new ultimate looks like an execute. Like something that has damage that scales off of % missing health. Maybe even a really cool mechanic. Since its clearly AOE and in an Arch in front of her. maybe people in the center of the Arch take bonus damage because they are getting hit with 2 shadow things instead of one. She looks interesting to say the least.

EDIT now that I look at it. Her ult doesnt look like a blink. She had to flash over that wall to get to the Renekton 00:33. But it clearly has some sort of return mechanic. Maybe its actually a dash that cant go over walls?

The blink is probably a basic ability and not her ult.

Every assassin with hard CC has a tradeoff when using it (Rengar) or the CC in question is hard to pull off and very telegraphed (Ekko), because if they don't they break the game.

Well her only cc as of yet is the Charm. Which I mean. It will probably be along the same lines of Ahri's charm

Alright, so after watching her ult multiple times in the video, she seems to be able to target a point near her either while she's ulting or before it to jump to. There's a tiny purplish, black orb that keeps appearing every time I see her ult. After killing Renekton, she seemed to jump right to that spot.

I'm assuming the flash was to get in, but the ult has a build in escape maneuver. If not, that is one of her abilities.

EDIT: Also, the charm seems to be something that needs to be activated but then prime over time before the effect happens, so it's not immediate. The only reason I say this is because you see a fully pink heart above Yasuo before he gets charmed, but when Evelynn is attacking Lucian, the heart is above him, but mostly black and slowly filling up into its pink form that was above Yasuo. Upon closer inspection, it looks like Evelynn is shooting forward one of her wing/cloak/spike things to hit him and that's what procs the wind-up. So it's likely a skillshot like Ahri. But the charm isn't instant.
