This might be the worst season start ever...

Yeah so im honor 1, so my honor didnt reset. But for some reason my client says i was unranked last season but clearly i was silver 4 0 LP. Also where are the new ranked borders? In loading screen i only see old borders... Where is the new loading screen? Why is Sylas not purchasable while the video on day 3 said it just hit live servers? Why are there so many bugs and fps drops? Too many questions, almost no answers. Somebody explain...
