Last Breath (R) bonus AD increased from 150% to 250%

Why? Now you will never be able to pick him in Draft and Ranked. Its gonna be a loop of picks and ban every single game. Now new players who want to try other champions will buy Yasuo, and then they will never get in a game with him, nice 6300 BE wasted. And even if they got in a game with him, still they are gonna be hating this champion. What is this game anymore

Riot over-buffing a champ that is in a great spot for being a high-skill ceiling champ is nothing out of the ordinary. This season is quite possibly the worst league has ever seen, it's also because Worlds is right around the corner. Riot doesnt give a damn about the community, only LCS and pro play.
