How About The WAR ROOM: non-meta test kitchen

I know this might be redundant but, what about a game mode where you deliberately do things that wouldn't normally make sense. I am talking about a place where you can't report cause you should see shenanigans coming. You want to try something stupid top, fine. You want to know why some thing doesn't work but you are nice enough to not waste other people's time. ENTER THE WAR ROOM... not married to the name. You could drop out and enter games that are already in play too. It is totally casual. You just want to get a handle on the mechanics of a champ, cool. People have stated that team builder reinforces the meta and that it is not turning out to be maybe what riot wanted.
