Crett2 votesOver at least like 13-18 seconds, at a cost of 40 mana per 4 seconds while requiring a target to maintain it. Graves IS toxic and I hate him and all ADCs that would dare defile the top lane but his resists aren't free

Incognonymous1 votesIt's neither permanent, nor free. Graves is gated by cooldown and mana costs. For as powerful as he is, that is still something to behold in this day and age.
