yes I get they buffed the crit reduction. but the crit and the as debuff is usless against anything that is spell dependant. the item is 73% gold efficient. I think its the least gold efficient item in the entire game.
Reduce the price to 2600 and that is all.

why are you even building it if your against Ability dependant champions? Omen is there to mitigate critical hit damage which it does very well, its not meant to be efficent or useful Vs Ability or flat damage centric champions.

idk I guess there are more than 1 champions on the map..
anyway the item is far too stat inefficient.

point is, its for crit, crit takes time to build yes paths have been made slightly more efficent for crit uses but its still over-all very costly getting something cheaper and then Omen works just fine as gold income increases throughout the match just like Crit chance, so flat damage reduction is a better first investment.
basically by the time you complete Omen it will do it's job, if you build it too late thats a build path problem on your side, not the games side.
