I feel like the new jungle changes will make Voli a very strong pick.

Been playing him recently and noticed how solid of a pick he was currently, but with the new tank item, along with the 50% reduction in his bite cd if used against a monster, he should be a very solid pick. He brings a lot of CC, with a kit that encourages him to build tank while still doing quite a bit of damage, along with his passive which usually catches people by surprise with how much it heals. I don't know, maybe I'm alone here, but I could for sure see him being a champion people should look at in the upcoming patch.

Volibear isn't a bad pick because he is weak as a champ. He is a bad pick because he is easily kited.

You shouldn't be trying to 1v1 with voli, but stalkers smite, Q, E, flip, raduins. Nobody can get away from you. Also a great flash Q is game changing.

easily kited,squishy early game,has poor cc respect other tanks,worthless late game,long cd skills,morello ecc completely make him useless

Yeah, I've been having alot of fun jungling with Voli ever since I tried him when he was free to play in January. His E is great for staying alive early on in the jungle, and I find his ganks really effective. I like to build item 3144 and item 3706 early, then I got 3 slows and his flip and it's really hard to get away from.
