Someone please explain to me Jhin's weaknesses

Every single thing i saw in the spotlight about his "weaknesses: don't really exist and in every game, this little bastard is dominating.

"He is immobile" until mid game where he has basically perma 60% movespeed buff so long as he attacks once every 3 seconds. Freaking ranged Udyr.

"He doesn't have attack speed." Yes, I guess having 600+ AD is a terrible trade off for attack speed, especially when the 4th hit is always a critical strike.

Add this to his Draven level early game, mid game, and damn good late game.

WTF IS HIS WEAKNESS.

He has high burst gated by 3 auto attacks, lack luster DPS, is immobile, relies primarily on skill shots, has very little self peel, very team reliant, has to reload meaning no DPS and can not use fervor of battle efficiently.

It's not a skill shot if his abilities slow the enemy by " 80% " Ever have a rammus chase after you with jhin shooting at you?

With Curtain Call it's very telegraphed and the first shot has to connect in order to slow you which he needs vision otherwise it's a shot in the dark, if you get hit then it's because you failed to dodge the skill shot. That particular situation with rammus chasing you can be appled to pretty much every slow in the game including Jinx's Zap, Teemo's mushrooms etc.

you don't understand the joke of it. :P The only way to dodge skill shots besides a mobility skill is to get out of it's range. However, imagine slows and movement speed as accuracy to evasion. When slowed your evasion is less because you can move less units therefor the skill required to hit a target with a skill shot is lowered. In pvp games the object of beating an opponent being how well you know the map and being able to guess the enemy's move to dodge it. Which was the reason why rylai's needed to be nerfed. Not because of gold, but because anyone who bought it made their skill shots much easier to apply and made the game balanced around hyper mobility. Which was why adc's like ezreal and lucian were so prominant in 6th season well other adcs couldn't no matter the fight a enemy slow and jhin ults made the idea of consistent 3-4 man ganking bot lane the exceptional ideal to climb elo no matter the ranking.

If jhin doesn't build attack speed, he won't get the movement speed that you speak of since any aytacj speed is applied to his passive. To beat jhin you want to cc him and then stick to him. Champs that use rylais for AP, iceborn for armor, or frozen mallet for bruising are good against him. If you are facing a jhin, a tanks support with cc (braum or Leona) paired with an adc with some form of cc (jinx or cait) would be good. Jhin also doesn't have great wave clear until late game. So if you have a hard push duo bot (example: sivir and zyra) you can harass him and push him under tower, but your jungler will need to make frequent visits to help prevent getting killed by enemy jungle.

Enemies being able to right-click to the side.

Just about anyone being able to kill him when he has less than 1.0 AS in lategame full-build at level 18.

His reload of 2.5 seconds being a mandatory static timer that he cannot avoid unless he just doesn't want to auto altogether and continuously prevents manual reload by using abilities before then.

No, his MS does not count as mobility. By that logic, MF and Draven have mobility.

get on top of him and hes fucked. he's the only sniper in this game that actually has an exploitable weakness

his damage is extremely loaded into his 4th shot. Hes the weakest adc without that 4th shot.

Play braum or panth and block it 100% and jhin becomes the weakest adc in the game. or just learnt o go in and out, dont let him use the 4th shot on you.

Only problem I have with Jhin is how much CC he gets for how long his range is. Not cool when he's joining fights from 3 screens away to ult someone for 3k dmg.

His greatest weakness is champions with 3-hit passives.

Throws off his groove.

Stun, root, gap closer. All good options.

A shield well-timed will soak up his hits; all are protracted except the grenade which isn't terrifying anyway.

If he has warlord's, burst to finish, not to start. If he has DFT, spend cooldowns avoiding his W (or its damage).

He can only use his traps. If you can, save mobility for when they've gone off. He'll eventually be forced to trap around you moving and will probably have a hard time keeping them in key locations.

Lastly, if you can punish him with distance by keeping his crit off of you, his autos won't feel as bad. He doesn't get the movespeed until he crits, and his reload is a surefire time to lay in burst with success.

Don't let him engage fights he knows he can win. Keep him on his toes, force him to aim his Ws in awkward places, and force him to do it frequently. Bad laners against Jhin will have no control or mobility, poor poke (or none), or a particular vulnerability to the sudden burst he can deliver. Picks that have good escape and engage, ways to mitigate his burst or picks that can lower attack speed are solid choices. Lowering his attack speed will indeed punish his damage, so this is one of the few instances where it has a very prominent effect on a champion. It also makes Frozen Heart a counter-buy for him.
