"Kled can be support!" No..... He Can't.....

Honestly I want to hit every person that says Kled can be played as a support. There is absolutely nothing in his kit that would allow him to be played as a support. >> melee auto-attack range >> no poke unless dismounted, which is medium-mid range at best (only ranged ability while mounted doesn't even cause damage unless the pull goes off, which is super short ranged making it easy to break the teather) >> no sustain >> no cc for lane (if teather fails) >> his passive requires him to fight to retrieve Skaarl (which he will lose) or recall back to base >> no mobility without Skaarl (285 base movement speed without her and no forms of escape/gap closers without her either because the blast back on his unmounted Q is barely anything and doesn't slow what it hits)

So someone please explain how he could possibly be used as a support champion, because I would love to know.
