But someone who owns a car can't be instantly removed from it as soon as you see him starting to act dangerous on the road.

And anyway the ONLY solution to deal with toxicity in league is by restraining toxic player's access to chat, be it by muting or chat restriction. It's impossible to make every league player non toxic from the start. If you have another solution go ahead I'm listenin.
