Should any of the items give adaptive bonuses instead of being set to just AD or AP?
For example,
+80 higher of AD or AP, +40 lower.
For example,
+80 higher of AD or AP, +40 lower.
You mean to make it 80 adaptive and like 54? counter-adaptive?
Because making the item grant 80 ad and 40 ap totally wrecks its cost efficiency
Gunblade does not need this since the change to Death's Dance now provides the same thing for AD champions. This could be an interesting concept for future items though.
This would be really hard to pull of because of component items being strictly AD or AP. So the lower adaptive damage would have to equate to atleast the combined AD or AP of the components which would then force the item to be really expensive with its combined cost if they want there to be a significant difference between the higher and lower stat. Also how would let's say an item with o ly one of the stats be built? It really couldn't because it could not offer AP or AD components.
gunblade would be deaths dance (healing wise) for mages at this point? if it is adaptive stats
