Teemo Rework Ideas
I personally think Teemo needs a rework if he ever wants to fit into the meta. Here's my idea for him.
Innate: Camoflague- After entering a bush while not attacking or using abilities or standing still in any location for 2.5 seconds, Teemo gains The Scout’s Presence. While in The Scout’s Presence, Teemo gains Invisibility, increased vision range and the ability to see over walls, lasting 1 second after leaving a bush. Leaving cover grants Teemo a short burst of movement speed.
Q: Corrosive Dart- Teemo shoots a dart in a target direction, striking the first enemy along its path. It deals magic damage to that unit, and reduces that unit’s defenses.
W: Evasive Maneuver- Teemo dashes backwards and shoots out a dart forward that applies on hit effects to the enemy hit and slows them by a percentage. When used while Teemo has The Scout’s Presence, Teemo dashes double the range but doesn’t shoot the dart.
E: Poison Darts- Passive- Teemo’s basic attacks deal magic damage on hit. In addition, every time he attacks an enemy or deals spell damage, he applies stacks of Delirium Poison that last for 5 seconds. If a unit reaches 5 stacks, they are affected by Delirium, causing them to walk aimlessly around for 1.5 seconds, unable to attack or cast spells. Stacks cannot be added for 8 seconds after being affected by Delirium. Active- Teemo’s basic attacks apply two on hit effects for a duration.
R: Mushroom Toss- Teemo holds up to three mushrooms, and gathers them over time. He can throw a mushroom at target location, cloaking after a second and lasting a long duration. Mushrooms that have just been thrown can be picked up by allied champions walking over them, granting them healing over time and bonus movement speed. After lasting on the ground for a certain duration, the mushroom becomes poisonous. Enemy units that walk over these are dealt damage over time, and slowed if the unit is immune to delirium poison stacks. If Teemo throws a mushroom on top of another, both explode, resulting in the original mushroom’s effects being spread to units within an area.
Gameplay This version of Teemo will play similarly to the current, with a few differences: with hard CC, a dash, better invisibility, and sustain in his ultimate, Teemo will be able to lane more effectively against top laners. His Q’s defense shred, his E’s hard CC and and his ultimate’s healing will mean that he can still contribute in team fights even when he’s down.
