What are some good tanks that can 1v1 an adc end game.
Shens 1v1 powers fall off pretty hard so i need another tank that's capable of defending a 1v1 atleast. Thinking

A tank shouldn't be able to 1v1 an ADC in late game in the first place.

depends on the ADC but Nautilus is a good one. Massive cc makes him hard to kite, and he has big damage. 5 damaging abilities.
Malphite can also 1v1 any autoattacker IF he can hit them with ground slam.
I can tell you right now, you can't 1v1 an enemy adc as gnar, not at full build. Not usually, anyway. Now, you can 1v1 almost anything when you hit full build... except for other full build carries. Their DPS is too high, and if you're building tanky, then your own damage isn't comparable, you can't lifesteal as effectively, and you can't optimize your split damage penetration. Then there are other factors that get in the way, such as your transformation and low AA range.
There aren't enough item slots to make that viable, yo. You can't take and also put out carry-level damage. Best case scenario? You build Cleaver, Randuin's, Sunfire/Deadman's, Zerker boots, BT, and probably Mortal Reminder. Maybe you'll be able to 1v1 that way. Maybe.
