Now would be a great time for a new Support item

Now that everyone is instantly exploding on Summoner's Rift, I think it would be a great time for Supports to get a Summoner Spell CDR item.

It shouldn't stack with Lucidity Boots or the Spellbook Swap Rune.

It should be on an item that has stats that are essentially useless (yay Support itemization), or maybe add it to the final upgrade of Coin?

I'm just thinking it would be nice to have Exhaust up more often, so that when I get 1 shot by all the Lethality awesomness in the game, at the very least I can offer a defensive parting gift slightly more often than I am able to now.

Go fiddlesticks support. Exhaust+ on an 11 second cooldown.
