We realize poppy has insane base damages and is incredibly tanky while being super easy to play.

we know her base damage is stupidly high for not building any damage and that she can pretty much 1v1 anyone that isnt a braindead full armor champ so to help the bruiser melees out we will nerf her ulti damage.

forget her q mana cost being stupidly low and her damage for it being disgusting as fucking shit.

forget her passive on top of cotc being disgusting making it so she takes no damage is most trades and she has multiple escapes and gap closers.

nerf that ulti and call it a fucking day my dudes.

poppy being picked in lcs lets nerf the one thing no one gives 2 shits about and keep her a disgusting champ that everyone that plays top will hate.

forget that if you ban poppy some jackass is going to pick jayce and make u miserable anyway.
