Mana problems are a thing now.

So could Clarity be worth taking on mids?

• Could replace a core mana regen item by itself, and maybe regen runes as well.
• If you pick up any flat mana items while having it, Clarity synergizes with it. So that's a thing.
• Also gives mana back to your team's jungler or support.

Someone try it out for me? I have no clue if it'd ever actually be worth it or not but 40% of your total mana back every 3 minutes seems like it might have some value now, especially if someone builds around it.
