I feel ADC's Need a Defensive Item that still gives AD

Between Tanks and Assassins I want to rip my hair out trying to play ADC. Jhin is the ONLY "ADC" who doesn't need an item. The guy is the safest ADC ever. He doesn't need anything given to him but the rest do. You can argue MF but really its only her ULT that is good. If thats down and with all the gap closers of assassins and tanks; there is absolutely no outplay potential to survive.
