gangplank abusing FQC

even though gp is like never banned in bronze and I haven't seen it cus im bronze, I can still see FQC being abused by GP, wanna know why? 100% base mana reg, free sustain in lane gold generation if u hit parrrrley on champs Ap for oranges and ult cdr for...farming gold active for easily hitting enemies with barrels

I mean holy hell u can literally buy this item for the super low cost it has, gain like 2000+ gold in mid-late game if ur good at farming and sell it for 880 more gold like damn lol get this with a cull n you'll be the richest pirate
