Because her toxic player base rushes to play their "new buffed up main" in ranked, but end up feeding/ flaming everyone with their toxic attitude which in turn loses them their game.
Evewynn3 votesI think it's more likely that players newer to vayne pick her up to see how her power feels, which brings total win rates down due to her having a high skill floor relative to other ADCs.

It is the same reason why we will see Ashe win rates drop hard soon. People have been hyping her up and soon it will hit critical mass and she will get a hard nerf which she doesn't need. Good players playing her doesn't mean she is powerful or overpowered and it is driving me nuts.
I mean for christ sake Ashe needs to hit a minion or champ to use her Q.. it won't stack otherwise and people NEVER leave minions for you when team pushing so you can hardly use your staple ability.. (sorry for the rant.)
