Why does Ancient Coin come up when I search "dr"

Really annoying. Whenever I try to get Doran's Ring this pops up for no reason.

Figured it out, it's because of "cdr". Still stupid.

Search "do" instead then...?

And it still comes up with Ancient Coin first because there is a "do" in "cooldown"

The point is that it is beyond stupid that these items appear. Nobody is gonna search "dr" to look up a fucking Ancient Coin. Nobody is going to search "do" to look up any CDR item or anything. It's just clutter and it makes searching for items difficult when the point of searching is to narrow down what you want, not list 500 fucking items that you obviously aren't looking for.

Not sure about obviously as its a game and has no idea what you are thinking, but I do get your point, maybe add a g and see if that works? You can hit a g with the same hand, I checked just for you ;)

I'm not looking for a workaround. I can just click the item that is one spot away from where it is normally. However, having an easy alternative solution doesn't make the situation any less stupid. Those items have no business coming up. The tagging system is clearly flawed. Typing DR and hitting the first item worked for YEARS.
