Okay first question, and please don't take offense to this: Can you play something stronger than Irelia? She really isn't that good anymore, and needs buffs atm. She just can't hardcarry games like you need in silver and gold.
And no I'm not blaming you for the losses, I'm just saying it is really hard to carry on your main champion atm. Don't rely on teammates, just do your own thing, look at your own self improvement, because the reality is, no matter how good or how bad they perform, you will never be able to change what they do. Greed is the best thing you can have in Silver and Gold, and if your teammates want to flame you for taking every resource possible, just mute them and carry them. But I would seriously suggest finding a better champ than Irelia to play for now.
