Suggestion: Revert all pro play-focused changes after the competitions are over
99.99% of the playerbase doesn't want them and maybe the PROS don't even want them as well. If you HAVE to have a certain meta so you make more money during competitions, the least (absolute least) you could do is revert them when the competition is over. We shouldn't have to live with the fallout of Worlds nerfs/buffs. We could go back to what we're used to and we'd feel more in control. Then, during the off-season, Riot could focus on balancing the game around casual players and soloqueue.
"But ThAt wOuLd DiSrUpT tHe PlAyErBaSe!!!!!" - maybe the first time, but people would grow to expect it and they wouldn't be forced to PERMANENTLY CHANGE THEIR MAIN CHAMPION(S) because Riot is trying to influence something that the player may not even be interested in and has no control over.
Riot doesn't respond to our posts because they know that it's EXACTLY what they're doing and they don't have the strength to come out and just ADMIT that they're doing it. Maybe you could help us out. Throw us ONE bone. Remember that it's something like 200 pros vs about 10 million or more players.
