@Riot, Caitlyn's Ult - Please look into this?

When you play and look at Caitlyn you think of one word "Sniper" but what bothers me is how her Ult can be blocked off.

Why can't Caitlyn's ult pass through the first target while the second target receives a % less damage from that bullet? Aren't Rifles capable of shooting through things?

Think of how amazing the plays will be when you get a Double kill in bot lane or how useful it would be in team fights. It's simple for someone to block a Caitlyn's ult because she has to channel her way through. Why does Miss Fortune's regular Q skill be able to bounce off targets while Caitlyn's special skill can't?

I think it's because the counterplay to a massive range point and click ult is being able to have it blocked?

Because she's a sniper. Snipers are primarily used for taking out important targets, say presidents, Ceo's, etc. And what do these people usually have? Body guards, who are payed to take a bullet for this person. AKA Supports.

I wondered about that too, because a regular hand gun can be blocked off but when it comes to a Rifle I always think it should pass through.

It would seem like a fair Buff since the second hit would receive less damage than the first.

Mf has much shorter range and those bullets re ound.more easily. Second, cause it balances.out caits.massive range

No Idea but I dont think of cait as a sniper never had if she gets this change then maybe.It looks like she has an old rifle she doesnt even shoot bullets it looks like she shoots a golden gear especially her ult.

Why are you trying to buff a champion that is storng but not overpowering? And has clear/clean strengths and weaknesses

This makes me smile. I had this roughly same idea the other day playing her when a Thresh took the bullet for Lucian. But about her identity:

She can have the same attack speed as a champion who has a mini gun, I'm looking at you jinx... Cap her attack speed and make her more of a sniper and I'm all on board!
