Why doesn' Yorick get a mana buff??
With the removal of mana potions, we can also retune some champion mana values back to a middle ground. We’ve looked at the data for champions that frequently bought 2 or more mana potions in the game and we’ve either increased their maximum mana or the mana regeneration values based on their class.
I can promise you,
buys probably 10 or probably more mana potions a game... He's definitely on of the mana hungriest champs in the game

Wtf. He's going to be literally unplayable with mana potions removed.
I don't understand the decision to remove mana potions in the first place. It's a perfectly reasonable tactical decision to make available. "Do I want to stay in lane a bit longer? Is it worth sacrificing a bit of gold for?" Why is that bad? Who cares if not every champion can use them? I don't get the whole "sustain = health" notion that Riot seems to be pushing. We're not all manaless..

. I still have to buy pots the whole game, even with fully stacked tear. There are plenty of other champions in the same boat, but they all got compensation buffs to their mana regen. Yorick is pretty much the only champ who didn't get one, even though he is one of the most mana hungry champs in the game.
