@Riot, About Tahm Kench
Is there any particular reason why this champion doesn't get his ultimate reworked? I get that map mobility is hard to balance in pro play but this is turning into an extreme situation in which Riot is creating a ball of stats champion in top lane to try and preserve a two person semi global taxi.
I remember when Tahm Kench first came out and I found him to be a fun support that would frustrate and annoy assassins to no end. It was nice having a pocket pick champion that I could choose into an enemy assassin/pick heavy team.
I feel like Tahm is also losing his thematic identity to this strange constant nerfing to his devour ability. Devour was this champions identity! He eats stuff. That his lore, core thematic, and game style. Yet...now he is a glorified Auto Attack melee tank with so many stats thrown into him it seems that Devour is just tacked on.
Once again, what was considered his core ability, is being nerfed making it even worse for utility or design and yet again adding more stats in damage.
Riot, could we please have Tahm's ultimate reworked so that Tahm loses this map mobility and have back our gluttonous support champion that eats everything?

Devour (W) Champion spit lockout time after animation lowered from 1 to 0.25 [New] Allies can no longer release themselves from Devour early whole affected by enemy loss of control effects (stun, suppression, fear, etc) Allied champion spit range lowered from 400 to 250 Devour damage changed from [100/135/170/205/240 (+5/7/9/11/13% target max health)] to [60/105/150/195/240 (+9/10/11/12/13% target max health)]
