Or maybe her W's 60% scaling instead? Although I'd prefer Q. I ask because all the meta mages don't give a flying hoot about the overall AP going down, but ap champions like Liss, with low base damage and equally average scalings are definitely are starting to feel it. Especially now that Blue Buff is losing it's bonus AP.
FortisDominus1 votesThe thing is that liss has 4 abilities that do damage and are not hard to chain together. 2 of which are hard CC (one being point and click) as well as a slow. Although she could use a buff; a buff that is too strong will make her a top lane nightmare like most range top laners.
Catastrop1 votesI definitely understand this, I play her toplane a lot and she's pretty oppressive if the enemy doesn't have much knowledge of the matchup. It's pretty much why I'd prefer Q's base damage as it's basically just an extra 25 damage at max rank. It wouldn't be tipping any scales at top because she's clearing the minions with the same number of spellcasts either way and her damage is still manageable with just a

It's mostly a buff request for midlane because she's pretty outclassed by other mages there.

This is anyone who is new to a playstyle, whereas practiced Liss top lanes are anything but uninteractive. They'll force fights left and right and bait you into your death. Also mate, did you not see this.

Jax Cramer1 votesNo...practiced Liss toplaners press rightclick and Q on me whenever I try to lasthit some minions and if I engage on her I get snared and eat full creep damage since I cant push the wave as hard as she can.
Braindead champ for bad toplaners who don't know anything about lane matchups or laning mechanics so they pick an easy, forgiving champion. I don't even have to look at your profile to know she is probably the only toplaner you play. No real toplane main mains Lissandra.
BTW I agree she is pretty bad right now but I hope she stays that way.

Doseqis1 votesIt would probably do just that, but not in mid lane like you want. Lissandra will still have the problem of being outranged and forced to just farm and push with Q mid lane adding more base damage to it only makes her top lane more oppressive.
The nature of her kit only keeps him in an average spot mid lane since her range is pretty low on W and somewhat Q
