@meddler, What was the thought process on keeping velkoz W good at wave clear?

It seems unfair for characters like viktor to have to suffer on their wave clear abilities when velkoz has such a low cost low counterplay means to wave clear.

he has cool gameplay now with a less readable Q and the passive to ult combo.... PLZ DONT make velkoz so frustrating to play against and boring to play optimally while playing him
