Morgana E can also be a bit unhealthy at times

Into AD champions they often have little to no way of removing it basically giving Morgana perma CC immunity. Its incredibly frustrating to play against some times.

and to be a disclaimer other AD champions DO have magic damage but usually not nearly enough to keep up with the scaling of Black Shield. I understand reworking W and Passive because both are pretty damn un-interactive at times but you should also look to make E more "Fair" as well. one could argue that this gives Morgana the "advantage" fighting against melee because ias some sort of weird psuedo-niche but that niche was never strongly explored and I feel like the hard counter to AD primary champs is more of a unintentional oversight and byproduct of the wacky designs of yesteryear champs.
