Nocturne Rework When....

So, by now, we've reworked and reverted item 3035 Leblanc Rengar , Khazix has had like 50 different R evolutions, and we have TWO people who live inside wallsTalon Kayn now, but Nocturne is still the same old Nocturne...? I mean, people can still play him and have success, but are they really having fun as they play? My last game was honestly pretty representative of this--farm to 6, ult something, walk away if that thing burns Flash, pocket 300G otherwise. That was my whole game. That wasn't fun at all. The only enjoyable thing was the 26 LP that I got for abusing a meta champ in an off role. At some level, I can definitely understand that gutting Talon whenever he feels good to play again takes priority over doing maintenance/update for normally unpopular picks like Nocturne, but at this point, Nocturne seriously feels like a second class citizen even when he's obscenely strong. Like, c'mon, Riot, this guy has been with you since S1, there has to be some sort of emotional connection, even if it's only from being stuck with him for all these years? Add some rooms for error so that he can be compensated with more tools to do his job, whatever you geniuses intended it to be?

Yes please. Make sure to gut him in the meantime.

I mean... Nocturne is a diver, when he assassinates someone its either; A) Theyre alone B) The support couldnt shield fast enough C) The support couldnt heal fast enough D) The mid lane couldnt shield/heal fast enough

Its actually pretty easy to figure out where hes coming from if he just respawned, or an objective was taken, or he just ganked. Nocturne is pretty squishy and dies if he fails to assassinate his target, so hes not really a problem as much as real assassins like Zed, Talon, Khazix, LB, and Ekko who can go in a target pop them then mobility out to safety.
