PLEASE buff The ap ratio on MF E compensation for Base Dmg nerf

I LOVE playing AP MF but that Base dmg nerf on E (intended to nerf ad MF) just made AP unplayable.

She was totally viable before and some of the most fun I've had with league.

Rito pleaseeee buff her E AP ratio so it matches what the previous Base dmg was OR buff her R and Q ap ratio
