Riot said they are going to do something with him already
Seems like he is already strong based off win rate.
Swain is still my backup if my vlad/kass happen to get banned/picked he's just a little difficult to play if you suck at aiming (Especially if you miss E the entire game) or your super slow on reacting for your passive.
a lot also don't play him because he got nerfed the last time he was touched and he's not that strong anymore but viable still for me.
