Would Tiamat count as an on-hit effect for the Rageblade on PBE?

?

Granted it would deal AoE damage to everything except the guy suffering the autoattacks, but still.

Would Titanic deal damage in a cone twice as well? Or would just the bonus damage to the autoattack target proc twice?

While we're at it could Grasp potentially proc twice with the new Rageblade?

The Cleave effect of item 3077 and its upgrades is indeed considered an on-hit effect; the AOE damage will be doubled, as will item 3748's on-hit damage to the primary target.

Only on-hits that don't proc once would proc twice every two hits. Just remember it's basically the same as having a bonus autoattack that deals no damage except for on-hits, every 2 autoattacks. It's same that live for that purpose. No double trinity; grasp, Titanic active ; but double botrk on-hit, titanic base on-hit, natural champion on-hit like kog w, kayle e, yi e

Ah, but is the passive AoE from Tiamat/Hydra considered an on-hit effect?

It is. It doesn't impact the target you're primarily hitting though, so you don't get increased DPS in a 1v1. A bit more in AOE? Kinda weird and not that worth tbh, in an on-hit focused build.

(I assume you meant Ravenous and not Titanic)
