Lifesteal on %health dmg
Let's say I play

, 6 stacks on 
so on basic attack I deal some nice %health dmg. Do I get lifesteal form that dmg?

iirc on-hit effects do not proc lifesteal. they do proc non-specific ones like deaths dance and gunblade, though.

Jungle kogmaw is pretty good now though. Being able to delete people feels good.
