AP champions need higher cooldowns on their ults.

I just played a game where Malzahar used his ult on me three times in under 2 minutes. Do you know how much damage that does on squishy champions? three times is ridiculous. Same thing goes for most ap champions. If they can inflict that much damage, they either need longer duration in cd or lower their damage. Imagine Yasuo or Ashe have the levels of damage ap champions get on their ults and having the cds they do. That is what ap champions are coming to. So many cd items and they are all good tanky choices.

Malzahar built: item 2301 (+10% CDR), item 3157 (+10% CDR), and item 3165 (+20% CDR)...

I'm not surprised it was up often.

It was Support Malzahar and he also had a MasterYi to worry about besides the OP as Yasuo .

Priorities change based on who is nearby... Considering the OPs team was Ashe, Yi, Yasuo, Annie, and Cassiopeia... That makes for some difficult decision making on who is more important to suppress.

Cancer Swordsman's ult has 30 seconds base CD and 400 base damage, that's not a very good example.

No.

Ashe actually has insane ap scaling on her ult so she's not the best example haha

AP Ashe ult HURTS. I have been hit by it.... Let's just say... that ruined my day.

My chat would be a stream of cussing at the ashe if I got hit by that across the map

Being stunned for two seconds is bad enough but the damage.... I question Riot why is it that Ashe even has a AP scaling on her ult, much less a good ratio.
