So hard to make Shaco work

He has consistently been one of the highest win rates in all elos. There is no reason to buff him.

I should mention I don't really utilize that Q very well, because I'm so afraid of getting bursted. Oh ye, I only play him AP, is that still viable? or is the lethality one better

Tilt them into trying to kill you.

Stall out waves with boxes while spamming taunt and mastery emote. Keep a few boxes behind you while you do this, if you're trying to stop pushes.
