Try item 3152 in that build. I like the health and cdr it gives. Best part is the dash that can allow you to land your stun easier. It also is a good waveclear item in a pinch.

Depending on the build order, that's actually a perfectly viable and even Annie's META build. Just please tell me you don't rush Deathcap, an item whose passive is literally worthless until you have other items. Morellonomicon is so much better as your first item.

Yeah, though Void Staff and Deathcap most people choose one. Might I recommend Rylai's to replace the other? Tibbers basically has a Sunfire Cape passive on him, dealing magic damage in an AOE around him, and Rylai's will make that magic damage (and his autos) slow, which in turn will make the Liandry's Torment's burn damage have its doubled for CC effect on literally permanently, so 4% max health burn instead of 2%, which is always on anyone who's within the Tibbers AoE.

Now, though, with the Runes that you edited in, I can see a page like that or I can see a page like this:

----OR---- Instead of Domination secondary, if you wanna be REALLY cheesy, go Inspiration. Pick up Hextech Flashtraption and Cosmic Insight.

Explanation: Arcane Comet only needs 1 spell to proc, as opposed to 3, and it actually deals more damage by its shorter cooldown. It's guaranteed damage if you have Rylai's or are stunning the target, too.

Manaflow for more mana sustain or Ult Hat for more TIBBERS!!!

The CDR one because you like being able to build a lot of CDR, but you also like getting more damage for building over the cap.

Scorch = early game, Gathering Storm = late game.

Cheap Shot and Eyeball for more damage, or Ravenous for the healing.

Extra Cheesy Explanation:

45% CDR on your normal abilities and, with Hat, 60% CDR on Tibbers is really good, but the ability to channel Flash when it's on cooldown can make for some great flank engages. Annie's main engage is, with a stun ready, Flash Tibbers. So, why not be able to do this every time Tibbers is up, rather than every time Flash is up?
