Riot, please revert the Fizz buffs

I hate every single person that complained about Fizz. Used to be that he was entirely dependent on his cds and was squishy as $(%^, now people build him ad bruiser and proceed to kill three people in a row and not die, all while being super mobile. Please revert the changes and give us a Fizz that's killable again.
