A solution against non-tanks going tank

Remove a certain base value entirely. Take example on Darius W, he scales with total ad entirely, he has no basedamage on it whatsoever and his W has NEVER caused him to anyhow go out of order.

and if you ask me, champions that Build tank when they shouldn't, primarily assassins like fizz, then you look at what makes their tank Build work (his W aswell) and just Strip the basedamage on the active W entirely, so he will no longer be viable as a tank ever again. i might Sound a bit salty, and i do admit in all honesty that i am growing tired of tank fizz, but those permanent tiny nerfs over time until people finally get it wouldn't work.

Problem solved, admittedly this might be a lil extreme but we saw how it went when riot kept nerfing base damages just Little by Little over a quarter of a Season while raising ap scalings, fizz became so gutted that he received a mini rework, and i ask this. do we wanna go through that again?

Riot has been doing a fantastic balancing job lately, but with fizz i Need to be really sceptical when i see how he manages to go out of role for almost an entire Season despite nerfs and even a rework. so i believe he Needs more drastic measures.
