tank mana regen item?

I mean I love to play something like tank ekko. and I have 0 option for a tank mana regen item. sure there are tank mana item. frozen heart and the frozen fist. but u want consistent regen. I mean it just affects the utility am not gonna do more dmage with it but you know. its good to have an option instead of 0. i don't even want cdr. just mana regen. i just literally have to back after a full rotation or two. can't waveclear properly. one fight and your going back to spawn. and thats true for most tanks.

how so? I feel like tanks spend more time before backing because they don't take as much damage doing objectives. mana regen would be better on then than all in champions

Exactly. Tanks have natural high base mana regen and late game they rarely run out of mana. Plus most of their spells cost heavy amout of mana,making flat mana more effective because the regen takes more time.
