Shyvana Q doesn't proc Phase Rush twice

Because its coded as one attack or spell. Its one spell. Same reason why ashe doesnt proc it instantly.

Syndras case also. Each of the soheres on her ult count as one spell. Sivir can only spell shield one of the spheres not all. If she gets hit by 7 ball, she gets hit by a 6.

But since it comes from one ability, a single abilty, it will not proc phase rush.

Phase rush requires you to use 3 abilities or autos.

Twin Bite is 1 ability coded into a double attack.

I think Yi's double strike doesn't proc it either.
