Also, rumble isn't going to be tanky if he goes full damage. Nobody is.

I don't really care that much about his base stats because his sustain top is pretty garbage.

What bothers me is his ability spam and low cooldowns. I don't mind playing against rumble, but while worlds is going on everyone is picking him top and just shoving me under tower and wait for me to leave lane when I run out of mana.

Thats just what rumble does, its how his passive works.

His cooldowns are just enough to try and raise his overheat meter.

The only thing way too strong about rumble right now is protobelt, which seems to be a broken item in general seeing how ridiculously strong protobelt is on everything that builds it.

I wouldn't cry if they nerfed the recharge CD on his E tho, but I feel like protobelt is what needs looked at more since it has more than one abusers and just let rumble sorta self balance off that. I'd hate to see rumble get nerfed, and then protobelt gets looked at and rumble get hit hard by both changes. Even rylais is being looked at.
