Is Ghostcrawler still on the balance team here?

Because if so, having the guy who turned Wrath into "Paladins Win PVP Forever: The Expansion" on staff would really explain a lot of the changes we're seeing right now. It would probably cover the whole thing with mobility creep and the game becoming League of Assassins, too.
