It occurred to me that Viktor, like Kha'Zix, has evolutions on all his abilities. A big difference, though, is that whereas Kha'Zix only gets to evolve up to three per game, Viktor upgrades only basic abilities at first but gets his upgraded ult immediately on upgrading the other three. This seems more satisfying to me since you can actually get all the upgraded abilities at max rank. So, why not do the same for Kha'Zix?

Kirafey1 votesIt provides different builds, different combonations are just used at different points in the game. Well, taste their fear has significant dmg without the ult upgrade with saying this - I can't agree with you the Kha'Zix should be able to surpass 3 skill improvements. If I were to be fed as Kha'Zix Leap is obviously the greatest upgrade choice other than in those cases I don't upgrade leap; I have a normal choice of Spike racks due to vamping. My choice as stated here is a normality of vamping over flight/leap.
Serevas1 votesAdmittedly, Viktor's Free ult upgrade just makes it move faster, Kha'zix's upgrades all do something meaningful, Q gets more damage, W does AoE so technically more damage output, E gives your jumps more distance and resets as well, R let's you stealth an additional time and makes the stealth last for twice as long.
Viktor's ult upgrade increases it's speed by 20%. They're just unequal is all.
