Singed Discussion.

I actually don't like mentioning reworks for champions that I don't really think are necessarily 'broken' .. but Singed is just ... 'unique' ... and maybe something needs to be done about that.

I completely appreciate the fact that he is unique, and I absolutely do not want to see the game frown on unique champions, but I think the way he is able to get by with proxy farming more so than pretty much any other champion is strange, possibly even unhealthy, and I think that it might be something that Riot should look into.

I'm honestly not sure how though, and that is what I am wanting to open this discussion about.

I think the problem is that he is free to draw aggro and kite minion waves while consistently dealing poison damage to them, and taking little damage.

I wonder if a part of the problem is that his Q is a potentially constantly active toggle that does nothing to hinder his mobility.

Could changing this to a duration ability with a cooldown, or a more harsh mana cost, or something that hinders his mobility do anything to help matters?

I want to be clear that my goal is not to cripple him and I do worry that impacting his mobility might be too much.

I also think it could be important that his change specifically changes the way he is able to deal damage to minions. Maybe somehow make it more difficult for him to hold minion aggro or for him to consistently deal damage to large numbers of minions.

Again, I'm just looking for ideas and a discussion about this, so don't get angry with me if Singed is your main.
