Give Phantom Dancer the move-through units PASSIVE again..

It's no secret that not many people really buy item 3046 anymore. They're tweaking it a bit in the latest patch, but I don't think the changes will make it anymore attractive than the other, and frankly, better, zeal based items.

So give it - PASSIVE: Move through units - again! It used to have this passive before the AD items update, but now you only get this effect when within 500 units of an enemy champion, so it really doesn't help as much as it should. It used to have the full time ghosting passive before, and at that time is was a well-balanced and commonly but not overly picked item.

If it had this passive again, I think the PD would be just a bit more attractive than it is now, which is really all the boost it needs to become a regularly picked item again. It's a passive that's good, but not really too strong.

Draven thanks you

Honestly I'd rather Riot put that passive on an item/item build path that's more accessible to a wider range of champions. Since the dawn of LoL: crit has pretty much always been a stat that only marksman feel good about getting, with the rare fighter that actually wants to heavily itemize for it. As such, Crit is the most exclusive and champion-specific stat that's available in component items.

And when it comes to minion-pathing shenanigans? Draven is pretty much the only marksman that has to put up with that enough to actually want an item that helps out with it, where alternativly every melee champion (that doesn't already get ignore unit collision from there kit) would really like access to such a passive.

Would probably be much better if "ignore minion collision" was given to an item more champions feel good about. Like, maybe item 3117. That way you've still got something going for you when the bonus MS drops off and you're in-combat.

For item 3046 to have a niche: PD should probably just have something DPS orientated that separates it from item 3094 item 3087 item 3085. Especially as %Damage Reduction is a steroid tanks love and squishies aren't really drawn to. 12% DR off of 50 armor/MR is the equivalent of ~20 armor+MR, where on 200 armor/MR 12% is worth the equivalent of another ~41 armor and MR.

item 3046 Unique passive - Spectral Waltz:

While within 500 units of an enemy champion you can see, gain 7% MS and ignore unit collision.

If you read my post you would have seen that I mentioned that

tbh Draven should Ignore unit collision when moving toward axes anyway. Not getting f*cked over by RNG and losing probably 1/3rd of your damage should be a given, not something you have to itemize for.
