Every game, it's start off slow.. someone snowballs out of control.. one teamfight and inhibitor gone.. surrender@15/20.. (exaggeration but you know what I mean)

What? Come on! It would be more fun to have a few more teamfights with full builds :D

3 games now, I spent 15 minutes farming on but I don't get to have fun on them

Instead of complaining, how about you suggest a possible solution to this whole "early game" problem?

I think games lasting 40-50 minutes isn't healthy either. It boils down to who gets caught and the whole match feels essentially like an extended coinflip only slightly in your favor if you're a good player.
