Does anyone else feel like electrocute is a bit overtuned? Especially combined with scorch.

TLD felt more balanced in that it had a shorter cooldown but didn't feel so damn bursty and snowbally. Electrocute scales way too well off bonus AD and AP and it's base damages are already insanely high.

I mean, it's basically thunderlords but harder to proc so less champs can use it but it's better on the ones who can still proc it reliably.
