She needs nerfs. Her kit is the best with PTA. She does ridiculous damage with huge attack speed and ridiculously tanky. Has amazing engage and free armor and mr with dragon stacks.

Shyvana is a juggernaut. She has extremely limited CC coming out of her ulti, and her ult is her only real form of mobility besides the bonus movement speed from her W. She has to auto to get the most out of her damage (Damage from E, extending W duration, her Q is an AA reset). She's meant to have a lot of damage and be tanky. She's like Garen, if Garen wasn't awful to play against people who know how to play against him
If you have a specific of CC on your team then shyvana is not oppressive. A decent enemy team fight team comp basically forces her to either split or uselessly poke most of the fight.
