Why removing fizz % hp damage is so hard?

AP fizz doesn't need it and it makes tank fizz to retarded this is starting to be annoying.

Why can't riot just remove it?

I was saying a similar thing in another post I understand fizz is strong the nerfs for tank fizz were well deserved but I feel like riot had very poor wording they said fizz should have to build ap to deal damage I am 100% fine with this however ap fizz has been pretty fine though the cd nerf was also probably deserved. As a result they nerfed a healthy champ because they were over preforming in a different role and gave nothing to compensate his other role.

Actually i hate Fizz %dmg cause it give you no idea of the huge dmg he can deal.

A sin don't need that kind of power ... i would be more happy with a flat dmg than a DOT tipe one

becuase its really hard to people to dodge his % hp and it hard to counterplay.

riot only removes % hp from stuff like nid's traps because stuff like that can actually be avoided, i mean why would we want to remove % hp from fizz when we can remove stuff that is actually avoidable like traps on the ground that take 2 seconds to arm and have a long cooldown and can be triggered by minions

you need to use riot logic.. if its not op.. you need to nerf it... if its op, leave it be
