Can Someone Nerf Or Rework Katarina?

Not because I think she's OP, not because I think it's inevitable since she's using Luden's Echo in the LCS, but because I'm tired of banning or seeing her banned all of the time.

Someone hasn't learned how to buy MR yet...

Don't worry, it'll happen soon. One day it'll just make sense. You'll realize. Whining about her on the forums never seems to do any good... if only there were some item that reduces magical damage that also synergizes well with my character... Another line of thought may be: I can never seem to out=burst her, but she never builds any health, I wonder if I can out-live her combo.. oh if only, if only there were items with health on them that also had desireable stats for my role in game...

Edit: A Kat that doesn't get re-sets is an immobile Kat, and an Immobile Kat is a dead Kat.

Why do you have to be condescending? You could of said your exact post as you did your edit. Just state that buying MR would significantly help reduce her damage thus decreasing her snowballing.

Also buying MR counters every champion who does magic damage. The problem with kat, in my opinion, is that her Q W E all happen instantly. I can buy MR sure, but that sets me back while she builds magic pen because her ult base is insanely high. The reason why she cant be outbursted is because the person who built MR to handle her doesnt have the damage to kill her and the person who built damage cant dish theirs out faster than her instant Q W E.

She can get outbursted by a lot of champion, now you aren't even trying.

Mostly because it doesn't matter what sort of voice I use on these forums, the Bronzies won't learn anyway.

People refuse to buy defensive stats in low elo because they are absolutely convinced that they can outplay their opponent.

You won't outplay Katarina. She just responds too fast. She is the queen of dodging things and she always wins a reaction contest. You need magic resist against her in the same sense that you need armor against Zed. You just do.

People also tend to take their cc for granted, blowing it on someone other than kat. Katarina. Has. To be the focus. Of all team cc. Until she is dead.

Kat offers 0 utility to her team. Chunk her early, and she offers nothing.

She isn't a problem, but people have a problem with her.

I run Lissandra, Viktor, and Azir. I most definitely can out-burst her.

Because other people find her op and beg you to ban her. Either that, or no one knows how to counter so you're forced to pick a high cc champ. Hard enough to beg people to not dive into the jungle with no wards without the support/adc/tank.
